Acting

Between 2003 and 2010, Stephen Jared played the part of Phil in multiple commercials for Jack in the Box (sixteen commercials for TV, three for radio) including a multi-media, multi-spot campaign launched during Superbowl 2009 titled "Hang In There Jack!". As well, Stephen has appeared in commercials for RX Bourbon, Honda, Netzero, Hershey's, CitiBank, Ford, La-Z-Boy, Reliant Energy, JC Penney, NFL Network, USA Network, Comcast, Gain Laundry Detergent, and Dial Soap. Stephen has also appeared in a number of short films, an independently produced pilot and a web-series (Raisin' Junior).

2011

"WORKAHOLICS" (TV) Starring Blake Anderson, Adam DeVine, Anders Holm. Stephen worked with Brooke Long for the second time in this Comedy Central series.
"FDR: AMERICAN BADASS!" (Film) Starring Barry Bostwick, Bruce McGill, Lin Shaye, Kevin Sorbo. Directed by Garrett Brawith and written by Ross Patterson.

2010

"EAGLEHEART" (TV) A Conan O'Brian produced comedy starring Chris Elliott.
"iCARLY" (TV) Miranda Cosgrove, Jerry Trainor. Also with special guest actor Jack Carter.
"GREEK" (TV) Stephen played a cop in the season-three finale of this ABC Family Channel series.
"BARRACUDA" (Film) Stephen played a racist redneck in this independent film, directed by Shane Woodson, who is a lateral descendant of early cinema legend DW Griffith. Christy Oldham, who also stars, wrote the cross-country vigilante story.

2009

"RULES OF ENGAGEMENT" (TV) David Spade, Patrick Warburton
"24" (TV) Kiefer Sutherland, Carlos Bernard and Jon Voight. Directed by Jon Cassar. Stephen was in one episode, which guest-starred Conner Trineer (Star Trek: Enterprise).

2008

"TRUE BLOOD" (TV) Produced by Alan Ball (Six Feet Under, American Beauty) for HBO. The series is based on the Southern Vampire novels by Charlaine Harris and stars Anna Paquin.
"HE'S JUST NOT THAT INTO YOU" (Film) Stephen played brother-in-law to Jennifer Aniston in this comedy about romantic relationships. The remarkable cast also includes Drew Barrymore, Kris Kristofferson, Ben Affleck, Ginnifer Goodwin, Scarlett Johansson, Jennifer Connelly, Kevin Connolly, Bradley Cooper and Justin Long. Ken Kwapis directed the film. Drew Barrymore and Nancy Juvonen's Flower Films produced.

2006

"HEIST" (TV) Dougray Scott (Arabian Nights), Steve Harris (The Practice). Stephen worked with Seymour Cassel (The Tenants) again in this cops and robbers thriller created by Doug Liman (Bourne Identity, Mr. and Mrs. Smith)
"SO NOTORIOUS" (TV) Tori Spelling, Loni Anderson. Stephen worked with Tori Spelling for the second time in this VH1 comedy.
"STONE & ED" (Film) Stephen played a hot dog vendor in this independent comedy about stoners. Maureen (Marsha Brady) McCormick cameos.

"SEABISCUIT" (Film) Tobey McGuire, Jeff Bridges, Chris Cooper. Stephen's role was edited out of this Best Picture Academy Award nominee. However, the producers were nice enough to provide Stephen with his part and it is available to view on his demo reel.

"FASTLANE" (TV) Peter Facinelli, Bill Bellamy. Michelle Forbes, from Star Trek, 24 and the Sci-Fi Channel's Battlestar Galactica (Admiral Cain) guested on the same episode.
"DRAGNET" (TV) Danny Huston, Ethan Embry. Stephen played a cop in this Dragnet remake, which starred Danny Huston (The Aviator, son of legendary filmmaker John Huston) as Det. Joe Friday. After filming, the show was recast with Ed O'Neil as Det. Friday. Therefore, the episode with Stephen never aired.
"HIGH CRIMES" (Film) Ashley Judd, Morgan Freeman, Jim Caviezel. While Stephen can be seen in this film, his dialogue was unfortunately cut.

"HOLLYWOOD SAFARI" (TV) Sam Jones (Flash Gordon). Stephen guest-starred in a two-part episode of this family entertainment program.

"THE WAY OF THE WORLD" performed at the Powerhouse Rep. in Los Angeles. Also, with Tracy Pfau.

1993

"THE CARE AND CUSTODY OF BARBARA MOON" Performed at Theatre Geo in Los Angeles with Eric Close(Without A Trace), Priscilla Barnes (Three's Company), Marj Dusay (Star Trek), Jeremy Sisto (Six Feet Under) among others.
